In today’s competitive world, how to increase the production efficiency and reduce down the maintenance frequency has become the first concern for all plant and factories. Stirred media milling which were widely applied in many industries such as mining, chemical and powder making industries has proven to be a very important way to obtain the ultra-fine particles. However, the steel discs that mounted on the rotating shaft are easily worn out when they were driven by the motor in the grinding chamber as the particles moved forward and upside down.
In order to solve such problems, KINGCERA designed a special ceramic structure which protects the steel discs from being worn-out. These ceramic sleeves are like an overcoat which is well installed on the steel discs by cold bonding, ending with two bolts fixing. This will greatly improve the service life of the rotating shaft itself!
