Wear mechanism classification
According to different working conditions and force, wear mechanism can be roughly divided into cutting wear, fatigue wear, abrasion wear, impact wear. Each working principle is different, so ceramic lining’s abrasion loss is different. In the practical application, abrasion loss are interconnected and interact with each other.
The service life of zirconia | alumina wear-resistant ceramic liner
In addition to the quality of the wear-resistant ceramic tile, one of the important factors is the external factor, which mainly includes the medium particle size, hardness, friction method, environment, load, scouring speed, temperature and time. Generally speaking, the smaller the particles, the lower the concentration, the lower the scouring speed, and the smaller the scouring angle, the longer the service life of the wear-resistant ceramic lining. Usually in the slag powder production line, the specific surface area of the powder is 420~450m2/kg, the concentration is 350g/Nm3, the speed is 28~30m/s, and the scouring angle is 30℃, 20mm wear-resistant ceramic lining can be used 8 to 10 years. Raw material mills and clinker mills are easier to grind than slag. Wear-resistant ceramic tile with the same thickness can have a service life of more than 10 years.
Application range of alumina | zirconia wear-resistant ceramic liner
Wear-resistant ceramic liner are widely used in industrial production, especially in coal handling, conveying systems, pulverizing systems, and ash discharge in enterprises such as thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, cement, ports. Ceramic liner, wear-resistant ceramic lined tube, ceramic lined spool, ceramic lined T shape pipeline and ceramic roller can be selected according to different working conditions.
Performance characteristics of alumina | zirconia wear-resistant ceramic liner
1. High hardness, wear resistance and erosion resistance: The ceramic liner main grades in Hunan Kingcera are K92, K95, K99 , ZTA, ARZ and ZrO2 , Rockwell hardness from HRA85 to HRA 95. The performance of wear resistance is much higher than that of manganese steel and high-Cr cast iron under the same working conditions.
2. Excellent high temperature resistance and heat resistance: long-term operation up to 750°C;
3. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance: the chemical properties of alumina and zirconia wear-resistant ceramics are stable, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and adapt to various harsh working conditions;
4. Light weight: The density of the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is 3.5—3.8g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load;
5. Strong bonding and not easy to fall off: wear-resistant ceramic liner can be fixed by high-temperature inorganic adhesive bonding, arching and stud welding, etc., which can ensure the long-term operation of the ceramic lining under high temperature and high impact conditions.
