wear resistant ceramic sleeve lined pipes are used the alumina ceramic sleeves bonding into the inner wall of the carbon steel pipes/elbows with high-strength adhesive directly, it's a perfect product for the wear & acid &corrosion resistant for the chemical, mining and lithium battery manufacturing industry.
This method mainly applied in the small material conveying system where there is no impact. It can also apply in the high temperature conditions under less impact and small material sizes. Like lithium powder conveying pipe and elbows, mining slurry conveying pipe fittings and chemical conveying pipe and elbows under the strong acid or corrosion condition and so on. The diameter of the pipe fittings will be much better if it’s less than 400mm.
