We use different material ceramic for different applications. In the mining industry, the mostly used material is the 95% alumina, And we also develop the ZTA material for the mining applications.
1.Introduction of ZTA
ZTA/ Zirconia Toughened Alumina Ceramic is high purity alumina mixed with zirconia, making a tougher, stronger material. In challenging applications ZTA (Zirconia Toughened Alumina) offers exceptional mechanical strength and a level of toughness that far exceeds Alumina, making it particularly suited to physically demanding environments.

2. Properties of Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA)
ZTA offers distinctive benefits over other ceramic materials, particularly Alumina. ZTA is produced through a stress induced transformation process which uniformly incorporates fine Zirconia particles throughout the Alumina. This composite ceramic material, which has a typical Zirconia content of 10%-20%, provides excellent mechanical strength and toughness.
