The Right Materials for Your Application

Our solutions are based on your application parameters: types of abrasion, system and equipment design, operating temperatures and materials. Jingcheng’s fine-grained alumina, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide, silicon nitride and zirconia compositions offer properties that will optimize the solution for any wear application.

High alumina ceramics for plant components with extreme wear and/or temperature conditions, for thin linings or for smooth surfaces.
Installation: pipes, shaped components, Jingcheng tiles vulcanized into rubber mats for installation by gluing are available. Mechanical fixing by welding is also possible.
Application temperature: up to 800 °C / 1472 °F depending on application and geometry.

The Material Difference

The small crystal size and hard bonding matrix of Jingcheng's ultra-fine alumina ceramic creates a material that's almost as hard as diamond, and offers excellent chemical resistance. It out performs other construction materials most commonly used in material handling systems for dry substances, slurries and dust-laden gases, lasting from three to 15 times longer.

Alumina ceramic lasts substantially longer than stainless steel or Ni-hard casting, yet costs about half as much. While alumina ceramic's cost is higher than that of carbon steel, its documented service life is six to 10 times longer.
