Process flow

Abrasion-resistant ceramic piping with clipping and spot welding, in which the alumina ceramic patches are affixed on the inner of piping by strong high-temperature-resistant bond, meanwhile spot welding technology is utilized to firmly weld the ceramic onto the inner of piping through the small hole. A ceramic cap will be screwed covering the hole to protect the welding point. The ceramic patches not only are clipped by each other but form an angle of trapezia, which makes the ceramic patches combined each other tightly without gaps. When the last patch of a round is tightly embedded, a 360°mechanical self-lock force will come into being.
